Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Brazil / Remote
Full-Time
About the Role
As our TPM, you’ll drive operational excellence for our 8-person engineering team. You’ll embed light-but-powerful processes that create clarity, enforce accountability, and unblock execution. You’ll ensure that tickets are well-scoped, estimation is rigorous, quality is non-negotiable, and no detail falls through the cracks.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of structure and speed—who sees process as a product, and engineers as customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive task clarity by ensuring work is broken into fine-grained, well-structured tickets
Enforce planning and estimation frameworks that improve accuracy and reduce surprises
Educate engineers on our standards for ticket writing, acceptance criteria, and QA
Ensure coverage of end-to-end testing and quality guardrails for every major release
Build rituals (standups, grooming, retros) that scale with the team—not slow it down
Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to shape our roadmap cadence
Serve as the connective tissue across functions to keep cross-functional efforts on track
Our main requirements are:
5+ years of project or program management experience within high-performing software teams
Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and sprint planning
Proven ability to create clarity and momentum in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong command of project management tools like Linear, Jira, Shortcut, or Asana
Track record of building systems that helped teams scale without slowing down
Prior experience working closely with engineers
