Coby Sternlicht is a technology executive with 20+ years of engineering leadership across fintech, SaaS, and enterprise AI. As CTO at iForAI, he leads the design and delivery of AI automation solutions for enterprise clients, bringing deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI, platform architecture, and building high-performing engineering teams.

Before iForAI, Coby served as VP R&D at BlueVine, where he scaled engineering teams from 12 to 50 engineers, launched web and native mobile apps that achieved a 4.7 App Store rating, and reduced critical incidents by 90% through platform modernization and AI-assisted development. Earlier, he founded and led the Data Intelligence Lab at Citi's Innovation Lab in Tel Aviv, building early capabilities in real-time risk, trade surveillance, and client intelligence using big data and NLP.

A practitioner as much as a leader, Coby actively works with Claude Code, Cursor, and agentic AI frameworks and brings that firsthand experience directly into how iForAI helps clients build and govern AI-assisted engineering workflows. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
