Ira Komarova is the operational backbone of iForAI, responsible for building and scaling the systems that turn AI strategy into measurable delivery. As COO, she oversees end-to-end AI engagements across strategy, workforce upskilling, and implementation ensuring that every client initiative moves from intent to outcome with consistency and speed.

With over seven years of operations leadership across Mindtech Studio, Mindhub Ventures, and Titanium Technologies, Ira brings deep experience managing distributed teams across Ukraine, the US, Brazil, and Israel. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University of Cherkasy and is a strong advocate for building AI talent from the ground up - having launched iForAI's AI Summer Program to develop the next generation of AI practitioners in Ukraine.

Her approach to AI transformation is pragmatic and people-first: becoming AI-first isn't about adopting tools, it's about building the ownership structures and team confidence that make AI create sustained impact.
