About the Role

iForAI is an AI consulting and implementation partner that helps organizations become AI-first. We work across the full adoption journey: AI enablement through hands-on training and workshops, defining AI strategy and prioritizing use cases, and delivering custom AI solutions alongside client teams.

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager to own the roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive our AI projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Own the vision and roadmap for your project, turning requirements into clear priorities
Drive end-to-end delivery — scope, timeline, budget, risk, and resourcing — from kickoff to launch
Keep Agile/Scrum running smoothly across the project
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and unblocked
Report progress, budget, and quality to leadership and clients, with full visibility into where things stand
Spot risks and blockers early, resolve what you can, and escalate the rest at the right moment

Our main requirements

Experience: 5+ years of proven experience managing software delivery/project management projects
Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices
SDLC: Working knowledge of the software development life cycle
English: C1 or higher
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective at all levels of the organization, including difficult conversations
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze information and make sound decisions, including when information is incomplete or ambiguous
Risk Management: Proactive risk detection and mitigation planning
Ownership: High level of accountability; proactive drive to see things through to completion
Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams
Team Management: Successful experience managing a project team
Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills
Flexibility & Resilience: Effective in fast-changing environments — shifting priorities, ambiguity, pressure, tight deadlines
AI Mindset: Active use of AI tools today, or a genuine drive to adopt them
