A hybrid TradFi + DeFi infrastructure for security tokens and NFTs

Challenge

No existing blueprint for merging TradFi compliance requirements with DeFi liquidity mechanisms.

The undertaking required solving several unprecedented technical and regulatory problems simultaneously:

Complex smart contracts needed for external CEX broker-dealer integrations
AMM impermanent-loss risks unmitigated and poorly understood in this context
NFT fractionalization and token farming infrastructure built from scratch
Crypto wallet integration inside a regulated token environment
No existing reference architecture combining all of these elements in production

Each of these problems alone would be complex. Combined, they required building genuinely new infrastructure rather than adapting existing solutions.

Solution

Embedded blockchain and data science teams directly owning delivery, end to end.

The solution:

Built smart contracts on Polygon for external CEX broker-dealer integrations
Conducted deep AMM analysis for impermanent-loss mitigation, including simulations across Perp v1 and v2
Shipped NFT fractionalization and token farming to production
Integrated a native crypto wallet directly into the platform
Delivered all of this inside a regulated, compliance-aware token context

This allowed the platform to operate as a genuine hybrid not a TradFi product with DeFi features bolted on, or vice versa.
